TRTS series toners use glue liquid toning technology, according to the glue-like characteristics of mixed toning. The unit consists of hydraulic lifting, mixing mixer and frequency conversion electrical control system. This equipment has the advantages of simple operation, good toning effect, stable mechanical performance, high production efficiency, convenient folding and cleaning, and effectively reduces the generation of bubbles in the medium; the hydraulic lifting device can make the mixing mixer stay in any position in the barrel and rotate automatically up and down, so that the material mixing is sufficient, thus achieving a good toning effect. Insert the mixing mixer vertically into the eccentric position of the container, the depth is one third of the bottom of the container to the liquid level, and leaving enough voids at the bottom is to allow the material to flow freely.
