In the manufacturing process of high viscosity emulsions, especially creams, ointments, and emulsions, the air is usually mixed into the product when the particle size of the drunken dispersion phase is large and stirred. Excessive particle size leads to unstable emulsions and lack of luster. Air mixing in the product will make the product bubble, bacterial contamination, oxidation and appearance is not smooth.
